Way back a few years ago this 6-14-76 was one of my favorite cassettes, except for the tape flip in that wicked awesome Dancing In The Streets. I only had set 2 of this on cassette, though. A good handful of tapes of that summer '76 tour made me a big fan of that year and the slick sound they were laying down then. When my little sister started getting into the Grateful Dead, early 90's, it was the summer '76 tapes I copied for her first, partly because she was born in June '76, and mainly because they kick ass. Unfortunately she never got to see the band when Jerry was alive, but she's seen the rest of the guys through the years. I'm real happy with Charlie Miller's upgrade of the gd76-06-19_111852 Soundboard in the last week. I even checked out the Audience version for a little bit too, and think I could listen to the whole thing one of these days.

My favorite Help>Slip>Frank is from 6/19.
Every note of it burned into my soul from repeated listenings to the cassette back in the day.
